Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

Lead the consolidation of financial forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-term outlooks across diverse global business units and regions. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Champion continuous enhancements in FP&A processes through automation, standardization, and digital tools like OneStream. Partner closely with Controllership, Treasury, and Operations Finance teams to align financial strategies with overarching business objectives.

Mentor and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this Senior FP&A Manager role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within global industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record managing multi-region financial consolidations and delivering C-level insights.
