Key Responsibilities

Microservices and Backend Leadership

Design, build, and maintain high-performance microservices using Go (Golang) in an Azure environment. Lead backend efforts with .NET/Blazor to scale a complex SaaS CRM platform, ensuring robust network communications and API integrations. Architect scalable systems capable of supporting multitenant platforms and revenue growth.

Azure Infrastructure and DevOps

Configure and optimize Azure resources, including App Services and Azure DevOps pipelines, for cost-effective, high-availability solutions. Implement Docker containerization to spin up infrastructure rapidly, streamlining deployments and enhancing scalability.

Data Management and Optimization

Collaborate on SQL Server databases, crafting efficient queries and performance optimizations to handle large-scale data for CRM functionalities. Perform architectural analysis to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements.

Mentorship and Innovation

Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence. Leverage AI experience to integrate advanced features, and contribute to Flutter mobile app backends as a plus. Ensure all components align for seamless user experiences.

Required Qualifications

To excel as our Senior Go Software Engineer, bring 5+ years of backend engineering with an ownership mindset. Core must-haves include Azure proficiency (no AWS), Golang for microservices, advanced .NET/Blazor expertise, API design, Docker, and SQL Server.
