Beyond governance, you'll provide vital legal support by assisting with contract administration, litigation tracking, and special projects. This encompasses reviewing and promptly routing subpoenas, complaints, and legal notices to appropriate stakeholders. You'll contribute to document production efforts, draft intercompany agreements, support M&A due diligence processes, and conduct basic legal research using online databases. Further responsibilities include trademark portfolio administration, risk management initiatives, and coordinating legal learning and training programs for the team. You'll also manage legal databases, electronic document management systems (DMS), and maintain departmental materials, ensuring all resources are organized and accessible for efficient operations.

Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required, along with familiarity with legal software such as document management systems and compliance tracking tools. Experience in corporate governance, including minute-taking, state filings, and KYC processes, is highly preferred.
