Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary hands-on Level 3 Network Engineer, owning end-to-end advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation for mission-critical network issues.
• Design, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot sophisticated enterprise routing and switching environments, emphasizing EVPN and VXLAN-based architectures for scalable, high-performance networks.
• Lead execution of complex network projects spanning on-premises data centers and hybrid cloud integrations, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for all network-related incidents, performance bottlenecks, and capacity planning challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects on network solution design, validation testing, and pre-sales engineering to deliver cutting-edge proposals.
• Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including detailed diagrams, configuration templates, operational runbooks, and change management procedures.
