Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies while crafting mitigation plans and escalating to leadership as needed.

Business Readiness & Process Development

  • Lead the creation of detailed operational playbooks and process documentation tailored to Revenue Accounting, Customer Service, and Power Delivery.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops to map future-state processes, define RACI matrices, and clarify team roles.
  • Conduct thorough readiness assessments, track action items, and ensure teams are primed for system transitions.

Cross-Organizational Facilitation & Communication

  • Schedule and moderate recurring stakeholder meetings to foster collaboration and swift decision-making.
  • Act as the central liaison bridging business units and program teams for unified messaging.
  • Champion change management initiatives, including employee communications and training preparation.

Tracking, Reporting & Cutover Support

  • Manage weekly and monthly trackers for communications, training materials, and cutover prerequisites.
  • Design executive-level dashboards and status reports illuminating progress, risks, and key milestones.
  • Oversee program cutover coordination, from process/data validation to post-go-live issue resolution and stabilization.

Required Qualifications

To excel as our Senior Project Manager, you bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in project management, ideally within business readiness or ERP implementations. Local residency in the Birmingham, AL area is non-negotiable due to the onsite requirement. Key qualifications include:
