Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial planning and design to construction oversight and final delivery. Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, external consulting engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment and momentum. Drive efficiency by developing comprehensive project schedules, resource forecasts, and material procurement plans that keep initiatives on track.
Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance, including environmental laws, safety protocols, and industry-specific codes. Spearhead the permitting process, managing inspections, approvals, and documentation to secure timely sign-offs and minimize delays.
Master communication workflows by overseeing transmittals, submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and technical reviews. Foster robust relationships with stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, and partners to promote collaboration and resolve conflicts proactively.
Monitor project budgets rigorously, conducting variance analysis and implementing corrective measures to safeguard financial health. Proactively identify risks, craft mitigation strategies, and address issues to ensure projects meet objectives within scope, time, and cost constraints.
Provide inspirational guidance to project teams, addressing performance gaps and aligning efforts with overarching goals. Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
To excel in this Senior Project Manager role, candidates must bring a proven track record in managing complex projects within construction, utility, or energy domains. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required, complemented by 8+ years of progressive experience. PMP certification is highly preferred.
Key qualifications include expertise in regulatory compliance, permitting processes, project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project), budget management, and risk assessment.
