Key Responsibilities

Core QA Leadership and Platform Support

• Serve as the senior-level QA authority providing primary support for the enterprise portal platform, ensuring stability post-restructuring
• Act as first-line QA responder for incidents originating from call center escalations, conducting rapid triage and resolution
• Partner directly with developers to investigate complex issues and resolve code-level problems

Automation Engineering Excellence

• Execute and maintain robust UI automation frameworks using Cypress, ensuring comprehensive test coverage
• Lead expansion of automated API testing across multiple backend services using Postman and code-based frameworks
• Implement and enhance Cucumber / BDD-style frameworks to support behavior-driven development practices
• Leverage existing Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines to execute and monitor automated test suites efficiently

Testing Operations and Data Validation

• Conduct manual release testing and QA triage activities (approximately 40% of responsibilities)
• Write SQL Server queries to validate complex test data scenarios and business logic
• Maintain comprehensive test case documentation and testing artifacts for audit and knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this Senior QA/SDET role, candidates must demonstrate proven expertise in automation frameworks and enterprise testing methodologies. Key qualifications include:

• 5+ years of QA/SDET experience with strong emphasis on test automation
