Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate documents: Prepare and review critical agreements such as loan documents, intercreditor agreements, participation agreements, and ancillary contracts.
• Mentor and lead teams: Supervise junior associates and support staff, fostering growth and ensuring seamless execution.
