Process Optimization and Compliance

Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or iCIMS for pipeline management and reporting. Champion compliance with EEOC guidelines, OFCCP regulations, and internal policies while continuously improving processes to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire.

Workforce Planning Contributions
