Design innovative sourcing strategies tailored to engineering roles (e.g., hardware, software, firmware engineers) and corporate functions (e.g., finance, HR, operations). Build a robust pipeline through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, industry forums, and direct outreach, fostering long-term candidate relationships for future opportunities.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define precise job requirements, refine job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles. Deliver data-driven updates on recruitment metrics, market salary trends, and talent availability to inform strategic decisions.
Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or iCIMS for pipeline management and reporting. Champion compliance with EEOC guidelines, OFCCP regulations, and internal policies while continuously improving processes to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire.
Participate in talent strategy sessions, forecasting hiring needs and advising on competitive benchmarking to support organizational growth in the competitive Burnsville tech hub.
To succeed as our Senior Recruiter, you need 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-tech or manufacturing sectors.
