Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura frameworks to meet complex business needs.
• Lead architecture decisions in multi-org Salesforce environments, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to Governor Limits.
• Translate Agile user stories and requirements into robust features, blending low-code declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Einstein with custom code.
• Perform rigorous code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce Salesforce best practices for maintainability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to gather requirements and deliver solutions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Optimize data models, workflows, and automations using Salesforce Data Cloud, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture for peak system performance.
• Build and maintain seamless integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms like Boomi.
• Champion Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines with Gearset or Copado, and Git-based version control for reliable deployments.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce releases (e.g., Winter '25 features) and proactively recommend enhancements like Slack integrations or Agentforce AI.

Required Qualifications for Senior Salesforce Developer
