About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Developer with Robert Half's client, you'll be the technical lead driving end-to-end Salesforce development for critical business systems. Key Responsibilities

• Independently architect, design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
• Build and maintain scalable integrations with external systems, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Develop efficient data pipelines, ETL processes, and custom objects to support business intelligence needs
• Optimize Salesforce org performance through query tuning, governor limit management, and caching strategies
• Implement enterprise security models, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level security
• Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide 24/7 on-call support rotation
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to Salesforce Center of Excellence best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with multiple full project lifecycles
• Expert proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce
