Serve as the go-to Salesforce administrator, managing user access via profiles, permission sets, and roles; enforcing security through sharing rules, field-level security, and encryption; upholding data integrity with validation rules, duplicates, and backups; and fine-tuning configurations for peak performance. Monitor system health, orchestrate release management, and implement proactive optimizations to minimize downtime and maximize ROI.

DevOps and Compliance Mastery

Champion DevOps adoption by establishing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Salesforce DX, Gearset, or Copado; enforcing version control via Git; and managing sandbox environments for reliable deployments. Collaborate with enterprise architects to integrate Salesforce with broader IT ecosystems, while ensuring adherence to data governance policies, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and industry regulations like SOX or FINRA.

Strategic Collaboration and Transformation

Required Qualifications

To excel as our Senior Salesforce Technical Lead, you bring 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in a lead or architect capacity. Certifications such as Platform Developer II, Technical Architect, or Financial Services Cloud are highly desirable. Proven track record with the specified clouds (Financial Services, Industries, Revenue, Marketing), plus expertise in Apex (with triggers, classes, and SOQL optimization), LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
