Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings:

  • 5+ years of progressive Scrum Master experience, with proven success supporting multiple teams in enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise across the full spectrum of Scrum ceremonies and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Demonstrated excellence in release train management, dependency tracking, and milestone delivery.
  • Proven track record collaborating with distributed offshore teams while maintaining high productivity.
