About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will include:

• Masterfully leading all Scrum ceremonies - from energizing daily standups to strategic sprint planning sessions, insightful retrospectives, and thorough backlog refinement meetings.
• Simultaneously supporting multiple Scrum teams while ensuring perfect alignment across diverse workstreams and inter-team dependencies.
• Expertly managing complex release schedules, proactively tracking milestones, and mitigating risks to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Building strong partnerships with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate delivery.
• Proactively identifying and resolving impediments while serving as an Agile coach, empowering teams to embrace best practices and continuous improvement.
• Maintaining complete transparency through intuitive dashboards, actionable metrics, and comprehensive stakeholder reporting.
• Fostering seamless collaboration with offshore development teams to ensure 24/7 work continuity, knowledge sharing, and consistent quality standards.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings:

• 5+ years of progressive Scrum Master experience, with proven success supporting multiple teams in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise across the full spectrum of Scrum ceremonies and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Demonstrated excellence in release train management, dependency tracking, and milestone delivery.
• Proven track record collaborating with distributed offshore teams while maintaining high productivity.
• Exceptional coaching abilities with strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.) and experience creating meaningful metrics dashboards.
• CSM, CSPO, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority across organizational boundaries.
