Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI Development
Design and implement agentic AI systems including goal-oriented agents, task-driven agents, tool-using capabilities, and decision-making logic. Orchestrate multi-step reasoning and workflows that integrate Azure AI Search for semantic and vector retrieval, LLMs for planning and summarization, and internal APIs/databases.
RAG and Framework Implementation
Build agent frameworks with RAG patterns to ensure autonomy and accuracy. Define comprehensive guardrails: error handling, fallback strategies, observability/logging, evaluation metrics, security boundaries, and data access controls.
Full-Stack and Backend Engineering
Develop full-stack applications with .NET, Blazor, HTML/CSS, and web standards. Create scalable backend services/APIs backed by SQL stores, optimized for AI workloads emphasizing performance, reliability, and explainability.
Intelligent Search and Orchestration
