Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney, your role will be multifaceted, blending courtroom advocacy, strategic planning, and team leadership. Key duties include:

• Providing expert legal representation in high-profile trust and estate litigation matters, with a focus on disputes involving undue influence, fraud, and lack of capacity.
• Advocating fiercely for clients in financial elder abuse cases, safeguarding vulnerable individuals' assets and rights under California law.
• Managing trust and probate litigation, tackling issues like breach of fiduciary duty, asset mismanagement, co-trustee conflicts, and will contests.
• Drafting and reviewing critical legal documents such as motions, briefs, pleadings, and settlement agreements with meticulous attention to detail.
• Overseeing discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production, to build ironclad cases.
• Mentoring and supervising junior associates, providing guidance on case strategy and professional development to maintain our firm's high standards.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to craft tailored strategies that align with client objectives and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, enhancing Robert Half's reputation in the legal community.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate:
