Key Responsibilities

• Innovate on cutting-edge mobile app projects, cloud migration initiatives, custom HRIS/HCM solutions, and advanced reporting systems—crafting powerful, tailored software without relying on out-of-the-box ERP.
• Lead hands-on SharePoint modernization efforts, converting legacy InfoPath forms into efficient, cloud-based online solutions that streamline operations.
• Roll up your sleeves for complex clean-up and optimization of the SharePoint environment, transforming it into a scalable platform ready for future growth.
• Collaborate daily with skilled Solution Architect II teammates, with an open path to advance to our first Solution Architect III role.
• Work closely with Martin and the engaged leadership team to deliver creative solutions, even in messy, challenging scenarios.
• Develop and integrate open-source technologies, ensuring seamless cloud integrations that enhance business agility.

Required Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you need advanced technical prowess and a collaborative mindset:

• Advanced knowledge of Python, C#, .NET, and SQL for building robust applications.
• Proven background in open-source software development and cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Hands-on experience cleaning up, migrating, and developing SharePoint/InfoPath solutions.
• Passion for daily onsite collaboration in a supportive, fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to tackle complex problems with creative, effective solutions.
• Must be able to commute daily to Des Moines, IA office; eligible to work in the US (Citizen, Green Card, EAD).
