Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will be dynamic and impactful. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive full stack applications leveraging Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Python, Django, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Create seamless user experiences from frontend interfaces to backend logic.
• AI Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI frameworks, APIs, and plugins to supercharge application functionality, enabling intelligent features like machine learning models and predictive analytics.
• Quality Assurance: Perform in-depth debugging, unit testing, and regression testing to uphold the highest code quality standards, minimizing bugs and ensuring reliability.
• Security & Compliance: Safeguard applications by enforcing stringent security measures and compliance with US and EU regulations, protecting sensitive data and user privacy.
• Payment Systems: Implement and manage secure payment gateways and systems integration, handling transactions with precision and reliability.
• Performance Optimization: Execute load testing to validate application performance under extreme high-traffic conditions, ensuring scalability for enterprise-level demands.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and stakeholders to architect and refine web solutions (preferred experience).

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this Software Developer role at Robert Half, you need:

• Proven proficiency in core technologies: Python, Django, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML frameworks, API integrations, and plugin development.
• Expertise in debugging, unit testing, regression testing, and load testing methodologies.
