Key Responsibilities

- Conduct capacity planning, VM/server right-sizing, and performance analysis to optimize resources.
- Own solutions from design through deployment phases, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Infrastructure Management
- Administer Windows Server, Linux, Unix variants, and Mac OS with a focus on best practices for rack management, power, and cooling.
- Manage hypervisors (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV) and enterprise storage (DAS, SAN, NAS) using protocols like iSCSI, CIFS, FibreChannel, and NFS.

Networking and Security
- Design enterprise networks covering TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless.

- Incorporate SMB technologies from Ubiquiti, SonicWall, and Mikrotik for hybrid environments.
Automation and Tools
