Key Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant will oversee critical financial operations, including:

• Preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and comprehensive financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Managing the full cycle of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, delivering timely and precise reporting for stakeholders.
• Performing in-depth analysis of general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies or irregularities to maintain data integrity.
• Supporting external audits by compiling detailed schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries efficiently.
• Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic business decisions.
• Maintaining fixed asset records, calculating depreciation, and ensuring proper asset tracking throughout their lifecycle.
• Upholding compliance with GAAP, relevant regulations, and internal accounting policies to mitigate risks.
• Leading process improvements and automation initiatives using modern accounting tools to boost departmental efficiency.
• Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Required Qualifications for Senior Accountant

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced certification preferred.
