Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process, coordinating with teams to achieve timely and accurate financial closes that meet SEC reporting deadlines.
• Monitor daily accounting operations, identifying discrepancies and ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Execute ad hoc projects from management, such as special audits, reconciliations, or system implementations, with precision and efficiency.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses, fully compliant with US GAAP.
• Leverage advanced Excel functions—pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and large dataset manipulation—to perform in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Integrate accounting processes with proprietary ERP systems and enterprise software, collaborating across finance, operations, and IT departments.
• Champion US GAAP compliance, staying abreast of evolving standards and applying them to complex transactions like revenue recognition and leases.

Required Qualifications
