  • Develop and optimize balance sheet reconciliation procedures, implementing automation tools and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, comparing actual results against budgets, forecasts, and historical data to provide actionable insights for management.
  • Collaborate on annual budget preparation and quarterly rolling forecasts, incorporating business drivers and scenario planning.
  • Serve as a key liaison for internal and external audits, compiling documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring SOX compliance where applicable.
  • Execute ad hoc projects such as system implementations, process streamlining, or special financial reviews to support broader finance initiatives.
  • Maintain robust internal controls, monitor financial transactions for accuracy, and uphold compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Provide cross-functional support to AP/AR, payroll, and other team members, fostering a collaborative finance environment.
  • Partner with departments like operations, sales, and HR to integrate financial data into business decisions and streamline processes.

Required Qualifications for Senior Accountant
