Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, and manage construction contracts and change orders, mitigating risks and optimizing financial outcomes.
• Perform precise month-end bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
• Oversee construction pay applications, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Collaborate with title companies and subcontractors to track liens waivers and documentation.
• Manage project-level financials, general ledgers, and entity-wide accounting for seamless operations.
• Develop project budgets and forecasts, assisting the controller with pipeline project projections.
• Monitor project costs, implement controls, and evaluate variances during construction phases.
• Coordinate payment processes and provide support for insurance certificates, close-out documents, and more.
• Innovate by implementing efficient processes to streamline construction accounting workflows.
• Document owner and subcontractor agreements while generating ad-hoc and standard reports.
• Support various financial projects, adapting to evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications
