Key Responsibilities

External and Internal Reporting

  • Monitor Rail International holding entities and record journal entries in compliance with policies
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly/quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis, KPIs, and cash flow statements
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and segment schedules for disclosures
  • Handle financial statements for subsidiaries, pension plans, governmental surveys, and regulatory filings

Process Improvement and Compliance

  • Work with external auditors to provide timely support and resolve queries
  • Enhance reporting processes in external systems and update disclosure documentation
  • Research and implement new accounting standards with technical accounting teams
