Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily cash reconciliations to maintain precise financial records and prevent discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing processes by preparing journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, and ensuring timely completions.
• Perform in-depth cost accounting analyses, with a focus on pricing strategies that enhance profitability margins.
• Design and implement advanced pricing models integrating labor costs, direct materials, overheads, and other variables for maximum efficiency.
• Prepare comprehensive engineering income statements that highlight team performance and contributions to overall profitability.
• Leverage advanced Excel functionalities to build rolling 12- and 18-month forecasts, projections, and scenario analyses.
• Conduct account reconciliations and bank reconciliations to align records with financial statements accurately.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—including engineering, operations, and leadership—to facilitate budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
• Deliver strategic insights on cash flow forecasts and financial projections to inform executive decision-making.
• Maintain and optimize financial templates and tools to streamline reporting and ensure compliance with best practices.

Required Qualifications
