Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed monthly cash flow forecasts and comprehensive financial review packs tailored for executive-level communication and decision-making.
  • Develop and present insightful quarterly reports featuring key performance indicators (KPIs), sales analytics, strategic business updates, and operational performance insights.
  • Oversee treasury operations, including cash management, banking relationships, and performing accurate intercompany reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
  • Implement robust internal controls and develop scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specifically designed for efficient retail operations.
  • Execute full-cycle accounts payable processes, from invoice receipt and tracking through to vendor payment confirmations and reconciliations.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll administration, processing hourly payroll for retail staff, and resolving employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations while handling shop tax filings and remittances.
  • Provide hands-on daily operational support, including expense tracking, budget monitoring, and variance analysis.
  • Support e-commerce integration initiatives and foster strong vendor relationships for repairs, maintenance, and supply chain needs.
  • Continuously track actual spending against approved budgets, proactively identifying risks, deviations, and opportunities for cost optimization.

Required Qualifications for Senior Accountant
