Key Responsibilities

  • Execute month-end, quarterly, and annual closings per GAAP and company policies, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Prepare complex account reconciliations, ad-hoc analyses, and ongoing reviews for efficient monthly closes.
  • Manage inter-entity billings: document processes, calculate invoices, record revenue, and track receivables.
  • Allocate expenses across entities and secure timely reimbursements to optimize cash flow.
  • Research GAAP issues proactively, documenting conclusions with authoritative support.
