Oversee cash flow management, including budgeting, forecasting, and real estate tax schedules for seamless payments. Assist in audit and tax preparations, support the Controller with job cost closeouts, and tackle special projects like expenditure reconciliations and management fee calculations. This role demands a proactive approach to financial excellence in Germantown's competitive development landscape.
To excel, you need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, coupled with 5+ years of senior-level experience, ideally in real estate or multi-entity environments. A CPA certification is highly preferred, along with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks, Yardi, or ERP systems.
