- Maintain comprehensive fixed asset records and depreciation schedules, utilizing advanced Excel tools and ERP systems for precision.
- Drive month-end and year-end close processes by developing detailed schedules, financial reports, and performing variance analysis to reconcile discrepancies swiftly.
- Collaborate with auditors by preparing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries, ensuring seamless external audits.
- Assist in filing essential business returns and reports, including tax, workers' compensation (WC), and health insurance filings, upholding regulatory compliance.
- Support the creation of financial statements and internal management reports, providing actionable insights for leadership.
