Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight and Reporting

  • Take complete ownership of the P&L, Manufacturing Statement, and Balance Sheet accounts for the assigned manufacturing plant.
  • Execute end-to-end financial close duties, including accruals, reviews for accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, incorporating detailed variance analysis to highlight key performance drivers.

Analysis and Inventory Management

  • Perform monthly analysis of balance sheet accounts, income, and expense reports to proactively identify issues before close and report unusual spending patterns.
  • Analyze Inventory Change P&L accounts to explain manufacturing variances from standards, ensuring production efficiency insights.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through month-end revaluation procedures and establishment of slow-moving/obsolete reserves.

Coordination and Compliance

  • Coordinate activities across multiple departments and locations, responding swiftly to management requests.
  • Process AP/AR intercompany transactions and ensure monthly balancing with counterparts.
  • Uphold and enhance internal controls within your responsibility area, mitigating risks effectively.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits, while performing ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

Required Qualifications
