- Partnering with legal teams to manage site contracts, ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Collaborating across departments to prepare compelling capital project proposals for stakeholder approval
- Leading annual physical inventory processes and performing detailed variance analyses for corporate adjustments
- Managing fixed asset lifecycle from acquisition through disposal in coordination with central accounting
- Supporting internal and external audits through meticulous compliance documentation and internal controls
- Delivering ad-hoc financial analysis and customized reporting to empower Plant Manager decision-making
- Providing backup accounts payable support to maintain seamless accounting operations
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this Senior Accountant position, candidates should demonstrate:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or plant accounting
