  • Reviewing and approving all plant expenses while leading cost-saving initiatives across operations
  • Partnering with legal teams to manage site contracts, ensuring full regulatory compliance
  • Collaborating across departments to prepare compelling capital project proposals for stakeholder approval
  • Leading annual physical inventory processes and performing detailed variance analyses for corporate adjustments
  • Managing fixed asset lifecycle from acquisition through disposal in coordination with central accounting
  • Supporting internal and external audits through meticulous compliance documentation and internal controls
  • Delivering ad-hoc financial analysis and customized reporting to empower Plant Manager decision-making
  • Providing backup accounts payable support to maintain seamless accounting operations

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this Senior Accountant position, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or plant accounting
