  • Collaborate with senior staff on the annual budget preparation process, incorporating forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Monitor budget performance through ongoing variance analysis, benchmarking against industry peers, and delivering actionable financial insights to drive decision-making.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including managing banking relationships and coordinating with external partners to meet the foundation's cash management and liquidity needs.
  • Maintain and administer the chart of accounts, ensuring robust financial reporting systems.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:

  • CPA license or successful completion of the Uniform CPA exam (required).

  • At least four years of progressive accounting or auditing experience in a sophisticated financial environment.
