Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lease administration processes, guaranteeing proper accounting treatment for even the most complex lease agreements in compliance with regulations.
  • Perform detailed operating and tax expense reconciliations, adhering strictly to governing documents such as leases and management agreements.
  • Review journal entries from staff accountants and independently record entries for intricate accounting challenges, upholding the highest standards of accuracy.

Required Qualifications
