  • Preparing and meticulously reviewing financial statements to uphold GAAP standards and organizational accuracy.
  • Conducting thorough general ledger account analysis and ongoing financial reviews to safeguard data integrity.
  • Contributing to budgeting and forecasting through advanced financial modeling and trend analysis.
  • Managing critical balance sheet reconciliations, including fixed assets, accruals, prepaids, and more.
  • Supporting internal and external audits by compiling detailed schedules and addressing auditor inquiries efficiently.
  • Continuously monitoring and enhancing accounting procedures, internal controls, and documentation practices.
  • Driving process improvements, automation projects, and system enhancements to boost efficiency.
  • Fostering collaboration across departments like AP, AR, FP&A, and operations.
  • Mentoring junior accounting staff, sharing knowledge to build team capabilities.

Required Qualifications
