Required Qualifications

To excel as our Senior Accountant, you bring a proven track record in manufacturing or industrial accounting. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory capacity within manufacturing, distribution, or similar sectors.
  • Active CPA certification, CMA, or equivalent; candidates in progress are encouraged to apply.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Great Plains, coupled with strong Excel skills for financial modeling.
