  • Monthly updates to fee schedules for management, accounting, and construction services.
  • Supporting annual budget planning by providing essential partnership expense figures.
  • Preparing detailed cash flow reports to calculate and distribute JV partner payments, maintaining preferred interest and internal rate of return (IRR) schedules.
  • Administering draw processes, capital calls, invoice verifications, payment proofs, lien waivers, and coordinating funding confirmations with lenders and partners.
  • Leading financial audits, interim reviews, and tax return preparations; managing provided-by-client (PBC) lists and facilitating communication among property management companies (PMCs), auditors, and tax firms.
  • Overseeing ASC 805 purchase price allocation (PPA) and cost segregation studies to ensure GAAP and tax compliance.
  • Ensuring JV partners receive audited financials, K-1 forms, and filed tax returns on schedule.

Required Qualifications
