Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare precise monthly journal entries, perform detailed account reconciliations, and manage financial cost center tracking files to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Conduct in-depth variance analysis comparing actual results to prior year, budget, and forecasts; deliver monthly financial reports that empower leadership with clear insights.
  • Support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, landings, and long-range financial planning by preparing and importing data, providing trend analysis and performance insights to senior executives.
  • Facilitate the approval workflow for contracts, purchase requisitions, and position requests, upholding compliance standards and meticulous documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver data-driven insights that drive informed business decisions and optimize performance.
  • Compile data for ad-hoc reporting requests and actively participate in high-level meetings discussing financial results, business performance, and strategic initiatives.
