Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will include:

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive three-statement financial models (income statements, balance sheets, cash flows) to forecast and scenario-plan business performance.
• Creating detailed 13-week cash flow analyses for proactive working capital management and liquidity forecasting.
• Delivering expert insights on inventory management, turnover optimization, and supply chain efficiencies to reduce costs and boost margins.
• Partnering with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to collect data, track trends, and support annual budgeting processes.
• Analyzing variances, identifying performance drivers, and recommending data-backed solutions to enhance profitability.
• Producing monthly/quarterly financial packages with KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Leveraging Power BI for automated reporting and interactive visualizations, alongside advanced Excel modeling.
• Handling ad-hoc analyses, large datasets, capital calls, and banking relationships with precision and speed.
• Preparing polished PowerPoint decks for business reviews, annual planning, and C-suite presentations.
• Facilitating bilingual (English/Spanish) communications to ensure seamless collaboration with international teams.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this Senior FP&A Analyst role, you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in wholesale distribution, manufacturing, or perishables/logistics sectors.
• Proven mastery of financial modeling, forecasting, and three-statement builds; 13-week cash flow expertise required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VBA, financial functions), Power BI for dashboards, and PowerPoint for executive storytelling.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) for LATAM operations.
• Experience presenting to PE firms, shareholders, CFOs, and C-suite; comfort with high-stakes reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with inventory/working capital optimization experience.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented settings.
