Key Responsibilities

The Sr. Business Analyst will lead through every phase of the system development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements definition to implementation. Core responsibilities include:

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst/Product Owner experience in financial services, preferably collateral management or risk systems

• Expertise in SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), requirements elicitation, and process modeling
• Strong technical aptitude for wireframing tools, data flow design, and financial messaging protocols (SWIFT)

• Project management proficiency including risk/issue tracking and dependency management
• Excellent communication abilities for global, cross-functional collaboration
