Key Responsibilities

Taxonomy and Metadata Governance

Implement and promote standardized taxonomies and metadata frameworks to make content discoverable, reusable, and consistently tagged across systems. Reduce duplication and manual maintenance through strategic content reuse strategies.

Content Creation and Maintenance

Handle stakeholder requests to create, update, and maintain content within CMS, adhering to SLAs, governance policies, and timelines. Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and compliance.

Editing and Quality Assurance

Review articles, policies, assets, and fragments for clarity, accuracy, grammar, consistency, and style guide compliance. Conduct regular audits and data-driven analysis to uphold portfolio-wide excellence.

Collaboration and Operations Support
