Key Responsibilities

Joint Venture Monthly Accounting and Reporting

Take ownership of end-to-end JV accounting processes. Coordinate with operations teams for revenue and expense accruals, compile data for utilization revenue lease entries, record recurring entries, and ensure accurate ledger coding for miscellaneous transactions. Prepare and issue internal JV monthly reporting packages, including detailed variance analysis for income statement and balance sheet fluctuations, key performance highlights, and statement of cash flows.

Reconciliation and Account Analysis

Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and scrutinize income statements for accuracy. Gain a deep understanding of transaction processes from start to finish, propose enhancements, and perform in-depth analyses to explain transaction nature and key drivers to stakeholders.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

Prepare quarterly and annual supporting schedules compliant with 10-Q and 10-K SEC requirements. Act as the go-to contact for departments organization-wide on JV transaction recording. Maintain a robust control environment through policy-compliant executions. Support internal and external audits efficiently.

JV Partner Reporting and Special Projects

Deliver external JV monthly reporting packages to partners, mirroring internal processes with variance analysis and cash flow statements. Tackle ad-hoc requests, accounting initiatives, systems projects, internal reporting, and other high-impact analyses as needed.

Required Qualifications
