RESUME AND JOB
Robert Half
Join a dynamic private equity-backed platform in Boca Raton, Florida, as a Sr. Finance Associate specializing in Investment & Investor Reporting. Robert Half is proud to partner with this rapidly growing organization seeking top-tier talent from investment banking or private equity backgrounds. This full-time, in-office role offers unparalleled exposure to portfolio-level decision-making, M&A execution, and institutional-quality investor communications. If you're ready to transition from deal execution to hands-on asset management while partnering with senior leadership, the PE sponsor, and the Board of Directors, this position is your gateway to accelerated career growth in private equity finance.
As a Sr. Finance Associate, you'll be at the heart of financial strategy for a high-growth platform. This isn't a traditional back-office role—expect direct visibility to C-suite executives, private equity partners, and institutional investors. You'll deliver polished reporting packages, sophisticated financial models, and transaction support that drive value creation. With Boca Raton's thriving business ecosystem and proximity to major financial hubs, this position combines professional rigor with an exceptional quality of life. Ideal for ambitious professionals with 2-4 years in IB/PE who crave ownership over operating assets, strategic forecasting, and deal flow.
Lead the creation of monthly/quarterly investor reports, Board packs, and lender deliverables. Conduct deep-dive performance analytics on revenue streams, EBITDA margins, cash conversion cycles, and IRR/MOIC metrics. Build intuitive dashboards in Excel/Tableau for real-time executive insights. Handle ad-hoc requests from sophisticated LPs while ensuring compliance with reporting covenants.
Develop integrated three-statement models, LBO analyses, and scenario-based forecasts supporting 3-5 year strategic plans. Own the annual budgeting cycle, monthly variance reporting, and KPI tracking tied to value-create levers like organic growth and bolt-on M&A. Perform liquidity forecasting, capex optimization, and debt capacity assessments to guide capital allocation.
Drive due diligence on acquisitions: quality of earnings adjustments, normalization of add-backs, synergy capture models, and accretion/dilution waterfalls. Craft compelling investment committee memos and pitch decks that secure approvals from the PE sponsor. Post-close, track integration KPIs and synergy realization to maximize returns.
Collaborate with Ops, FP&A, Accounting, and BU leaders on pricing strategies, cost optimization, and growth initiatives. Deliver ad-hoc analyses on market expansion, working capital efficiency, and ROIC enhancement. Your insights will shape portfolio company transformations and exit preparations.
Experience: 2-4 years in investment banking, private equity, Big 4 transaction services, or strategic finance at operating companies. Proven track record in financial modeling and investor communications.
Skills: Elite Excel (index-match, circularity, data tables), PowerPoint storytelling, SQL/Power BI a plus. Deep knowledge of GAAP, non-GAAP reconciliations, and PE performance metrics.
Profile: Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CFA preferred). Analytical powerhouse with impeccable attention to detail, stakeholder management finesse, and a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
Thrive in Boca Raton's sunny climate while advancing in a PE-backed powerhouse. Enjoy $150,000 base salary, bonus potential, full benefits (health/401k/PTO), and mentorship from industry veterans. Gain rare exposure to full-cycle PE value creation—from sourcing and diligence to exit. Robert Half places you in roles that propel careers; this is senior leadership visibility accelerated.
