Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and key insights, then presenting them through compelling tables, charts, and executive summaries.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and performance trackers using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Support leadership planning discussions by compiling comprehensive data sets and preparing polished supporting materials.
  • Diligently track action items, risks, issues, and follow-ups from executive meetings, ensuring seamless integration into ongoing reports and processes.
  • Serve as the central hub for all reporting needs and leadership requests, streamlining communication and reducing bottlenecks.
  • Continuously improve reporting templates, workflows, and documentation to boost efficiency, clarity, and consistency across the organization.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this Sr. Financial Analyst role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or executive reporting.
