  • Assist in annual audits, tax filings, and 1099 processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Calculate quarterly Net Asset Values (NAV), prepare annual financial statements, and generate detailed partner capital statements.
  • Develop performance reporting and analytics to provide investment teams with critical insights.
  • Collaborate with investor relations and portfolio managers to support capital raising and reporting needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in fund accounting workflows to drive efficiency.
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure all reporting adheres to GAAP and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred).
