Key Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the department's policies, procedures, best practices, and reporting standards for quarterly and annual financials.
• Daily recording of all assigned Fund cash activities with precision and timeliness.
• Maintain accrual basis general ledger for multiple funds, emphasizing complex new and non-stabilized entities.
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations, resolving all discrepancies efficiently.
• Prepare quarterly cash flow statements and inter-company reconciliations under strict deadlines.
• Develop detailed work papers and financial statements meeting department standards for reporting and audits.
• Participate actively in year-end audit processes, ensuring seamless execution.
• Partner with Fund Management to understand investment models and their effects on investor returns.
• Compile Fund-level tax support for auditors, reconciling projected vs. actual tax losses and credits.
• Oversee year-end tax processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain meticulous files for promissory notes, cash distributions, equity adjustments, and more.
• Deliver quarterly Fund data for sources and uses models, verifying key fields.
• Mentor and train Staff Accountants under Fund Accounting Managers.

Required Qualifications
