Key Responsibilities

As a Sr International Tax Analyst, your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing complex U.S. income tax compliance documents for international subsidiaries, with precise calculations for earnings & profits (E&P), Subpart F income, and GILTI inclusions.
  • Supporting quarterly and annual income tax accounting, including effective tax rate reconciliations and non-U.S. tax provisions.
  • Developing and implementing global tax strategies to optimize effective tax rates and mitigate risks from BEPS 2.0 and Pillar Two reforms.
  • Conducting in-depth international tax research using tools like Bloomberg Tax and CCH, advising on cross-border M&A and restructurings.
  • Managing responses to IRS audits, APA processes, and foreign tax authority inquiries, liaising with Big 4 advisors.
  • Ensuring full compliance with transfer pricing regulations, including master files, local files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
  • Leading process improvement projects, such as automating tax calculations via Alteryx or implementing ERP tax modules.
  • Collaborating on special initiatives like supply chain tax optimization and digital services taxes.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this Sr International Tax role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; Master's in Taxation preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of progressive international tax experience, ideally in corporate or public accounting.
  • Active CPA, EA, or CMT certification highly desirable.
