Develop and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and regular updates. Ensure clients remain aligned with their business objectives while leveraging your expertise to provide value-added insights.
Serve as the client's primary escalation point and advocate within the organization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage service level agreements (SLAs), and deliver comprehensive reports to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and service adjustments. Align expectations with delivery capabilities, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and collaborate on renewals and new proposals to fuel company growth.
Maintain meticulous client documentation, becoming the go-to expert on each account. Ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for internal teams.
Swiftly resolve issues, gather feedback via surveys and check-ins, and coordinate with cross-functional teams—including sales, support, and engineering—to guarantee exceptional outcomes and high retention rates.
To excel as our Sr. IT Client Success Manager, you need 5+ years of experience in IT client success, account management, or similar roles within managed services. A proven track record in building client relationships, managing SLAs, and driving growth is essential. Strong analytical skills for KPI monitoring and reporting, coupled with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, are required.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are non-negotiable, as is the ability to travel quarterly. Experience in the Southwest/Mountain region is a plus.
