You will independently administer estates, identifying and managing assets with unwavering precision. This includes performing probate-related tasks to meet Pennsylvania's stringent legal requirements, maintaining comprehensive financial records, and preparing critical tax returns such as income, inheritance, and estate taxes. Drafting fiduciary accountings, schedules of distribution, receipt and release agreements, and other paperwork will be core to your daily work. To excel as a Sr. Paralegal in Estate Administration, candidates must bring 5+ years of specialized experience in estates and trusts, along with paralegal certification. Deep knowledge of Pennsylvania probate laws, tax preparation skills (income, inheritance, estate), and proficiency in fiduciary accounting are non-negotiable. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex documentation independently are essential.
