Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will focus on delivering high-impact analytics solutions that drive organizational success.

• Reporting & Analytics Delivery: Design, build, and maintain operational reports and analytical dashboards from HCM, ATS, LMS, performance, and engagement platforms. Craft precise data extracts for advanced analysis and develop compelling Power BI visualizations that turn raw data into leader-friendly insights. Champion data accuracy, consistency, and governance to ensure reliable outputs every time.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with People, Talent, and Finance teams to decode business challenges and deliver tailored analytics solutions. Communicate findings through clear, persuasive presentations suited for both technical experts and executive audiences. Position yourself as the go-to advisor for people data, reporting standards, and key workforce metrics.
• People Analytics Maturity & Strategy: Implement industry-leading best practices in analytics, metric design, and reporting. Drive the organization's people analytics evolution by standardizing KPIs, establishing reporting cadences, and enabling self-service tools. Proactively spot and recommend enhancements in data quality, system integrations, and overall capabilities to future-proof our HR ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

To thrive in this senior role, you'll bring a robust skill set honed through real-world experience in people analytics.

• 5+ years in people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce analytics, with proven hands-on expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Deep experience with HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM), ATS systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse), and additional HR tech like LMS and engagement tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, extraction, and manipulation.
• Exceptional ability to distill complex data into actionable stories for diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of people analytics best practices, including KPI standardization and data governance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
