Key Responsibilities

Core SEC Reporting Duties

• Lead the preparation and review of Form 10-K and Form 10-Q reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with SEC regulations.

• Collaborate closely with the SEC Financial Reporting Manager to streamline reporting processes and meet quarterly and annual deadlines.

Compliance and Analysis

• Assist in technical accounting research and disclosure preparation for earnings releases and proxy statements.

Required Qualifications
