Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the development of large-scale software systems leveraging container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) to ensure seamless microservices communication and resilience.
• Establish and enforce enterprise-wide standards for CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD, alongside container orchestration, service mesh implementations, and comprehensive automated testing frameworks.
• Conduct thorough architectural reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to align designs with stringent security protocols, scalability needs, and core business objectives.
• Mentor and upskill engineering teams on best practices in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and DevSecOps workflows, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies in cloud-native systems (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed architectures, and DevSecOps tools to keep the organization at the forefront of industry trends.
• Facilitate the collection, analysis, and visualization of metrics, logs, and traces using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Jaeger for proactive system monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Develop and advocate data-driven strategies for software improvements, presenting compelling cases to development teams and leadership to drive adoption.

Required Qualifications
